Installation was easy, I had to cut the ISO port off and solder the harness off (fairly standard). Instructions weren't too hateful and even being red/green colorblind I didn't make any mistakes. The unit fits well but the Scosche kit required some cutting to get it to fit properly (probably an issue with the kit more than the head-unit).Audio output felt lacking at first, it seems as though different input modes provide different qualities. For instance: when using a USB thumbstick the equalizer doesn't seem to be enabled at all (looks like a different software driver playing them). When I play music over BlueTooth from my phone (Pandora quality) I have to balance the phone volume with the unit's volume but I'm eventually able to find bass and highs. Auxiliary input from a 3.5mm jack provides excellent sound quality from my Zune with no tuning. The... Installing took about an hour to remove my previous radio and install the Eonon. Turned the ignition on, and powered on the radio. Initial thoughts were,,, WOW!!!!!! My speakers sound even better than before. I was pretty impressed. Ok now for the but......I hadn't yet connected the amp wire that triggers the amp to turn on with the radio. I didn't realize that I over looked that until looking for the sub control in the sound settings to turn it up because it was too low, or so I thought. Again, my speakers were sounding awesome and giving me bass I had not heard previously from the other radio.
